We design and produce custom made medical devices for dental and maxillofacial field: bone meshes, 3D meshes for GBR, subperiosteal iuxta 3D impiants, bone cutting guides, etc.

Ti32 is anArs & Technology project, a company that has works in the maxillofacial, neurosurgical and dental sector since 2006. Ars & Technology was born in 2009 as a derivation of a StartUp of the Milan Polytechnic (StartCup 2006 award). Over the years, the company has distinguished itself in biomedical design, above all for the MaxilloFacial and Neurosurgical fields. To date, the design team boasts the design of 1700 cases of custom made cranial prosthesis. The skills accumulated over the years and the research for new digital solutions and technologies have given rise to Ti32.
Ti32 is direct emanation of skills, research, Made in Italy technologies, and it is aimed to the design of custom made medical devices, made with the additive technique of Selective Laser Melting and products in Medical Titanium alloy (TI GD23). The company has been working and operating for 15 years with the best medical imaging and design softwares. This perspective allows the modeling of a custom made medical device, interfacing both design3D environments and medical images diagnosis and processing platforms, allowing a faithful, highly personalized and controlled project.
OSTEOINDUCTIVE SURFACES ENGINEERING
Ti32 processes and produces medical devices in titanium with a studied, designed and treated surface in order to optimize the osteoinductive properties of the medical titanium. A controlled porosity and roughness, a properly designed 3D surface texture, allow a cohabitation of the device with the bone tissue, and greater adhesion of the connective tissues «peri-implant tissue».
SLM MODERN TECHNOLOGIES AND CONTROLLED HEAT TREATMENT
Ti32 has the most innovative additive manufacturing technologies for Selective Laser Melting.
Printers with 55µm laser spots, with 20µm layers of GD23 Medical Titanium, allow the production of accurate medical devices. The heat treatment and subsequent washing guarantee optimal mechanical properties of the titanium alloy.
